Debra Nissman Young is
a consultant with over 25
years of sales, sales management and
consulting experience. Prior to founding
Esprit Consulting, Inc. in 1992, Debbi
held several positions at IBM, including
Branch Manager responsible for personal
computer sales in New England.
A successful track record
in the corporate world, combined with
Debbi's consulting expertise, enable

Her primary focus is creating workshops

Kim Rice
Kim Rice's career spans
more than 20 years, working primarily
for and with technology and service-based
companies. She has helped businesses
define and implement strategy, work
processes and organizational structure,
which are all informed by the company's
vision and aligned with the needs of
the marketplace. Kim has held a variety
of leadership roles including strategy,
business development, sales, operations
and organizational development, as
well as having built a consulting business.
During the tenure of her practice,
clients included Arthur Andersen, Army
National Guard, and The Thomson Corporation,
where she has led numerous planning
and change initiatives across more
than eighteen different Thomson owned
companies.
Kim has a unique talent
for sorting through the morass of detailed
issues to get to essential questions
and strategic decisions. She accomplishes
